So you've said 'YES' and now starts the hard work. There's a long list of decisions to be made and choosing your wedding photographer has got to be one of the most important you'll make. That's why it needs to be the right one and should be carefully thought about. There is a lot of competition out there and the market seems to be swamped with companies that claim to to be the best.
However, it isn't just about the images you see on their website. We, at Key Photography Wigan definitely go the extra mile. We don't want images that just document the day. We strive for images that take people's breath away; after all these photos are going to be around for while so we won't settle for anything less than amazing. We always like to try something different with our images and look to you, as the Client, for as much input as possible. After all, it's YOUR day and YOU are the Client. We're here to guide you as much as we can but at the end of the day you have the final say.
Having photographed countless weddings we can honestly say that no two are ever the same. We have found however, that the majority of couples don't find it easy to be photographed. It can sometimes be difficult to accept that all eyes will be on you. That's where we come in. It's our job to put you at your ease. We know it can be a daunting experience but that doesn't mean it can't be an enjoyable one.
We think the real key to a good wedding photographer is the person behind the camera. Remember, it isn't just about how you as a couple feel being photographed but how your photographer will get the best out of your family and friends. Kieran is the lead photographer at Key Photography Wigan and his approach is simply to blend in like one of your guests. Yes, he has a job to do (which he takes very seriously) but he much prefers to make you and your guests laugh rather than fake a smile as he knows this makes for a much better photograph.
Details are everything. There's nothing on the day that you haven't discussed, agonised, deliberated and even possibly argued on! We capture all those details. From the grooms' cufflinks to the bride's shoes, from table plans to favours; we don't leave anything out.
